ChatLive is a real-time chat application with multiple channels (General, Tech Talk, Random), a user-handle validation and registration flow, and persistent message history loaded on channel join. Socket.io powers live messaging with join/leave notifications and connection-status indicators, and auto-reconnection keeps sessions resilient.
Built on Next.js 14 with full TypeScript type safety.
